Shimoda Designs USA prides itself on unparalleled customer service. Our goal is to make sure the photographers and filmmakers who share our passion are completely satisfied.
However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help. You have 30 days to return your merchandise. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition. Please include a copy of the packing list, a note explaining the reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange of equal value or to be credited (excluding shipping). While there is no restocking fee, shipping charges, if we provide you a return shipping label, will not be refunded.
In the event you feel there is a manufacturing error, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll do our best to make things right.
There is no restocking fee for returns. However, if we provide you a return shipping label, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
To return an item please log into the My Account page. Click on the Return Items? link to the right of the order number and follow the instructions. A return label will be emailed to you within 24 hours. If you do not receive the label after 24 hours, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number.
